Dasha is an Associate of Just Psychology. She is an HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist with experience working across a number of services with the Specialist Service Division of the Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. These have included secure CAMHS assessment and treatment services and long-term secure adult mental health services.

She has been responsible for both group and individual therapy interventions for young people with complex mental health issues including eating disorders, self-harm, anxiety and depression, psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders and learning difficulties.

She also has experience working within a specialised service for street and sauna-based female sex workers many of whom are also drug or alcohol dependent with complex mental issues including learning difficulties, self-harm, anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, relationship problems, sexual abuse, racial and ethnic identity issues.

Dasha has also worked in the private sector with adults with autism spectrum conditions, Asperger Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder and Borderline Personality disorder.

She has run different art and health projects using a wide variety of art materials, techniques and media which have been tailored to patients/clients’ needs and wishes. Through these experiences she has gained skills and the abilities to work within different settings where patients were able to creatively express their thoughts, emotions, needs and wishes within a safe and secure therapeutic environment.
