Martin is a member of the Just Psychology Advisory Group.
Martin is a tutor on the Goldman Sachs funded 10,000 Small Businesses Programme, which is run by the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He is also a coach on several business programmes offered by the Centre for Enterprise at Manchester Metropolitan University, including their innovative MBA Degree Apprenticeship. Martin supports large organisations such as Bentley Motors and Novartis Pharmaceuticals and has also worked with the leaders of hundreds of smaller businesses enabling them to write and implement strategic business plans, understand their finances, market and sell their products and services better and develop their teams. He also mentors the leaders of several social enterprises.
Martin is married with three children. When not working, he loves sailing and water skiing and is also a keen snow skier and cyclist. Martin served as the Vice-Chair of the board of PANDA (the Performing Arts Network & Development Agency) and as an advisor to the charity Act4Africa helping them achieve their vision of educating 5 million African youngsters about HIV/Aids in 5 years.
